Ajax is what happen. I want to get joy back; the participant must be glad play. When it comes to playing football, movement on the field and attacking, I am close to Johan Cruyff's philosophy. I like the 4-3-3 formation; I know you want a right participant for this game but if you want so you will do and search.

I don't want to different I have my own ideas and I want to leave my mark on the squad in the future.
